Hiroyuki Takei, Shaman King, Jumbor, and Ultimo News Source
From December 20th through 21st, Shueisha holds it’s annual “Jump Festa” a convention in honor of all of their properties. Last year, this was the method of where the Shaman King “Kang Zeng Bang” were originally announced. Now a year later, the conclusion of Shaman King and the Kang Zeng Bang is announced in a new set of flyer handed out at the event.
The attached image shows the first flyer handed out. The character’s shown are Hao and Yoh with the final O.S. along with several pieces of new information. Going across the top (left to right), the summery of the headlines are:
1. Both KZB volumes 26 and 27 will have new chapters that will complete the final ending.
2. In volume 24 there will be 2 new chapters about the Marco and Luchist fight (as previously mentioned).
3. There will be “something” special for the 360th drawing in the Shaman File in full color.
4. There will be additional corrections that will lead up to the final complete ending of the Shaman King series.
As Takei moves towards the end, he’s playing alot on the number 4, seeing has the final volume will come out in April, thus there were the four points above which help build up to it. It’s possible the number four will also have some meaning in the new chapters.
At the bottom of the flyer, though cut off, a few more release dates have been announced. They are as followed:
KZB 21-22 : Jan. 5th
KZB 23-24: Feb. 4th
KZB 25-26: Mar. 4th
As we get more information or a larger scan of the flyer, we will keep you posted on the details!
