On April 4th, the final Shaman King Kang Zeng Bang (reprint) volume will be released in Japan. This volume contains all new chapters, and will be the only volume released this month. All prior months had two volumes released at the same time. New chapters were found in volumes 24 and 26. In volume 27, the final volume, it will contain nothing but new chapters, besides possibly chapter 295. Chapter 295 shares the same title as the chapter 285 from the original print “After the Dream” which had not been reprinted up until this point. This chapter may be expanded or altered from it’s original print.
The current titles announced for the volume are as followed (Chapter Number, Japanese title, English title by Dit)
Earlier in the month, a promotional ad was released in Japan’s Weekly Shonen Jump. This ad also announces that on April 1st, Chapter 292 will be released online for free on the official Shaman King Kang Zeng Bang website in Japanese. Last month, chapter 287 was released in this same method.
Finally, the cover art, which is shown above in higher detail was released via a flyer.
On April 4th, Ultimo chapter 3 will be released in Japan as well with the new JumpSQ issue.

OMFG OMFG The last couple chapters were like AMAZING.
But when it came to the Hao confrontation, oh man that was HORRIBLE. Like, it was a pathetic scene. And when I tried to watch the anime to see if I could understand it better, it wasn’t even part of the anime! Pathetic!
But I’m still craving for more Shaman King. I love it. The ending was just a disappointment (sorry for those who actually liked the ending)
PS: If Anna knew the Shaman King would basically be dead / not around, why did she want to marry Yoh and be with him? He wouldn’t be there anyways..
This is linda annoying for me cuz i just decided to buy the old manga series TT i wouldnt have been able to rest until i did. and who knows when and if this will come to the united states. I heard rumors that Viz will just release the last three volumes of kanzenban instead of reprinting the whole thing which seems smart to me. thats all i would buy anyway. can anybody tell me if thats true and when itll be released in america?
